Electric motors and other metallic objects

Our Burn-Off Furnaces are designed for stripping electric motor stators, armatures,
transformers & field coils without damaging the base metal.
It is designed to clean stator with any insulation, random wound or formed coils,
vacuum pressure impregnated, pour-on thick cast, dip and bake, or conventional
epoxy or polyester varnishes. The cleaning process complies with the Motor Rewind Standards.

Plastic Tooling

Our ovens also can be used for pollution free cleaning using heat to remove Plastics or Polymers from tools such
as Spinnerets, Screen Packs,Breaker Plates, Moulds, Dies, Pumps, Nozzles, Tips, Mixers and Extruder Screws, Etc.

Paint jig cleaning

Our ovens also can be used for pollution free cleaning using heat to safely remove

Braithwaite electrical offer test and tag services for all domestic and commercial electrical equipment. We can test and tag on site or inhouse and take both large and one off orders.

To determine the condition of the windings and insulation of the motor we use a state of the art surge testing machine which will provide you with a detailed report and analysis of your motors condition.

Preventative tests on motors can save you thousands of dollars in repair costs and production down time and is recommended for all vital motor machinery on your production line.

These test can be done both on site and in house.
